Effective date: 2026-08-31. swrm.shop and social.swrm.shop are operated by the operator of swrm.shop ("we"). These sites host an internal publishing and operations tool used solely by our own company to manage our own storefront brands and their social media accounts.
The tool is not offered to the public and has no third-party users. When we connect our own social media accounts via each platform's official OAuth flow, we store the resulting access tokens and basic account metadata (account id, name) solely to schedule and publish our own content and read our own post metrics. We do not collect data about other platform users.
We do not sell, share, or transfer data to third parties; we do not use platform data for advertising, profiling, or training; we do not collect data from anyone other than our own staff and our own accounts.
Tokens and account metadata are kept only while an account is connected and are deleted when the account is disconnected. To request deletion of any data, contact us at the address below; we honor requests within 30 days.
Credentials are stored server-side, transmitted only over HTTPS, and are never shared.
